HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove all packaging and place on a serving plate. Allow to defrost at ambient temperature for approximately 2 to 4 hours. Do not defrost the product in the sealed tray as this may cause the icing to run whilst defrosting. Ensure product is fully defrosted before displaying for sale. Shelf life once defrosted: Day of defrost + 5 days. Do not refreeze after thawing.
