The 18% Fat UHT sterilized single cream is obtained by skimming selected full cream. After standardization of the fat content, the fresh cream is then sterilized at Ultra High Temperature, with stabilizers and an emulsifier. This cream is specially adapted for hot or cold sauces, gratins, soups and savory or sweet pies. It is also suitable for mixed seasonings of raw vegetables and salads.
