Oven Cooking Instructions
Place a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200C/Gas Mark 6 and cook for 16 minutes Turn once half way through cooking.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
Not suitable for microwave cooking
Pan Fry Instructions
Remove all packaging/card sleeve.;Fry in hot oil for 12-14 minutes.
Grill Instructions
Place under pre-heated grill at a medium to high heat for 10 to 12 minutes tuning occasionally during cooking.

COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Remove from packaging. GRILL: Place under a pre-heated grill at a medium to high heat for 10–12 minutes turning occasionally during cooking. OVEN: Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for approximately 16 minutes. PAN/SHALLOW/STIR FRY: Fry in hot oil for 12–14 minutes.
