| HANDLING GUIDELINES: Remove from packaging. COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: OVEN: Place product on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for approximately 17–19minutes. MICROWAVE: Place 6 wings on a plate and cover with cling film. Microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kW oven for approximately 2minute 30 seconds. Cooking times may vary. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
