Pre-heat oven to200°C/400°F/ Gas Mark 6. Cook in the middle of theoven for approximately 22 minutes turning half waythrough. For fan assisted ovens adjust timing accordinglyto manufacturers handbook.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
Not suitable for microwavecooking.
Pan Fry Instructions
Shallow fry over a moderate heatfor approximately 20–22 minutes. Turn occasionally.
Grill Instructions
Place under a pre-heated grill/griddle to a mediumheat. Grill for approximately 20–22 minutes turningoccasionally through cooking.
