DEFROST GUIDELINES Remove from the freezer, allow to defrost in the wrapper at room temperature for approximately 1 hour Once defrosted store at ambient temperature in a cool dry place and use within 14 days It is the retailer's responsibility to ensure the correct 'Best Before date' is applied once defrosted.

To serve Warm Remove from packaging. Microwave on a low setting in a 1.3kw oven for approximately 15-20 seconds
Other Cooking Instructions
Alternatively, remove from the freezer, allow to de-frost in the wrapper at room temperature for 1 hour. Once de-frosted store at ambient temperature in a cool dry place and use within 14 days
