OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from packaging. Place product on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 190°C/ Gas mark 7 for approximately 12-15 minutes. Once baked store in a cool dry place. Use within 24 hours.
