HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove all packaging and defrost whole loaf in a cool place for approximately 4 hours. Alternatively remove individual portions and allow to defrost in a cool place for approximately 3 hours. Reseal remaining portions and return to freezer Once defrosted store in a cool ambient dry place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life once defrosted 3 days Do not refreeze after thawing.
