Do not refreeze after thawing. HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Whole product: Remove all packaging, place on a serving platter, cover and defrost in a refrigerator for approximately 8 hours. Individual slice: Remove a frozen portion, place on a plate, cover and defrost in a refrigerator for approximately 2 hours. For best results keep in an airtight container after defrost. Use within 3 days of defrost. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
