HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from freezer, allow mince pies to defrost in inner packaging for 4 hours at room temperature. Once defrosted store in a cool dry airtight container. Shelf life once defrosted : 7 days Do not refreeze after thawing.
