400g mix 2 large eggs 425ml cold milk 90g melted butter 1. Mix together the eggs & milk & add to the waffle mix. Mix until smooth. 2. Add the melted butter slowly until fully incorporated into the mix. The mix should be the consistency of thick cream/custard. If it is thicker, add a little extra milk. Allow the mix to stand for 5 mins. 3. Place on the waffle maker for 3-5 minutes until golden brown or use as required.
