Dosage : 30 to 90g of Nutrisis Thickener per kg For all types of preperations, cold or hot, salty or sweet. Texture the entire menu, from the starter to the dessert. Blend the preparation to be texturized (fruit salad, vegetables, hot dish). Add the Nutrisis Thickener according to the desired texture and blend again. Its ready ! The texture can be changed if required by adding more Nutrisis Thickener or made looser with a liquid (water or milk according to the recipe). Specific recipe's on request.
