Preparation Instructions Measure 285ml of cold water into a mixing bowl. Sprinkle in 130g (one sachet) of the mousse powder and whisk on slow speed until completely dispersed. For a light mousse, whisk at high speed for 2 to 5 minutes until a light creamy consistency is obtained. For a denser mousse, whisk for 2 to 5 minutes on medium speed. Pour into serving bowls or glasses. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes. For a firmer set mousse, refrigerate for 1 hour. Yield: One 130g sachet makes approximately 10 x 42g portions when made up with water as instructed.
