They are processed by master fishmongers M&J and are packed individually sealed to ensure the fish retains its quality. This A grade superior Cornish Sole (Megrim) is an oval flatfish which offers a firm white flesh. This Cornish Sole is pan ready so is pre-pared and ready to cook whole under the grill or in a hot pan

Handling instructions
Do not refreeze after thawing. Remove from outer packaging. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 8 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
