Medium size prawns. These premium prawns, from MSC-certified fisheries, are caught in deep, clear waters near the coast of Greenland. The icy temperature encourages a slow growth resulting in a delicious, sweet flavour and tender, succulent texture. Prawns are chilled on catching, then cooked and peeled before freezing.
