Pasteurised and frozen fine white meat, consisting of white meat from the purse of the crab and toe meat. Product will have a moist, flaky texture with a sweet 'hint of the sea' flavour and aroma. The meat will have a white/ beige appearance with small specs of pink meat throughout. There may be a small amount of juice within the pack, this is normal following pasteurisation and should be stirred back into the meat to keep it juicy.
