Oven cook From Frozen: Combination Oven (No Steam)220ºC, 430ºF 26 - 28 minsIndustrial Gas OvenGas Mark 8 230ºC / 445ºF 1 hour - 1 hour: 20 minsFor best results cook from frozen.Pre-heat 150g of your chosen oil in a roasting tin for 5 minutes. Carefully coat the potatoes with hot oil and turn once during cooking.Do not overcook.Cooking directions based on 1.25kg of product.For different quantities adjust cooking time accordingly.
