Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180°C/ Gas mark 4 for approximately 15-18 minutes. OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from outer packaging. Remove film lid. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 160°C/ Gas mark 3 for approximately 30-33 minutes.
