Defrost burgers before use. Place burgers on wrapped sheet tray in a single layer and place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Burgers will be pink and soft when thawed. Use within 1 day of thawing. Do Not refreeze once thawed. Cook from refrigerated. AIRFRYER: Pre-heat airfryer to 180°C and cook for 12 minutes. GRILL: cook on preheated grill at 240 - 250°C for 10 minutes, turning halfway. PAN FRY: Pre-heat pan to high heat and cook for 9 minutes turning frequently until thoroughly cooked. The inside of the burger may still be pink when fully cooked. Burger is cooked when the internal temperature reaches 74°C. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
