COOK FROM FROZEN. Guidelines only, appliances may vary. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Rational Oven: Oven 160C Humidity 30% - 8 minutes.Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180C. Place on baking tray in centre of oven for approx. 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.MerryChef/Panasonic Ove: 275C 100% fan 20% Micro 01:30. Splash the meatballs with water before cooking. turn halfway through cooking.Pan/Griddle/Hot Plate: 8 minutes on low/medium heat.
