Cook from defrost. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 6 hours. Remove all packaging before cooking. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre heated oven. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Temperature: Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 200°C.Time: 15-20 mins. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Not suitable for cooking from frozen or microwave cooking.
