Defrost flank before use. Remove all packaging. Recommended serve 75-100g, when portioning cut against the grain. Pre-heat pan or grill to medium heat, rub with oil and season with salt & pepper. Pan sear or grill for approx. 2-3 minutes per (4)side. When done the measured internal temperature taken at the centre of the product should read 72°C. Remove the flank from the pan or grill. Slice with the grain, into 8-10 slices. Before serving, season with coarse salt, crushed black pepper and olive oil. Dish inspirations / sauces: Redefine steak frites, Classic Steak Diana, Pithivier, Peppercorn sauce, Plant-based Bearnaise sauce, Chimichurri.
