Do not refreeze after thawing. HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove all packaging and allow to defrost in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.

OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROSTRemove from packaging.Cover the top of the product with foil. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 15-18 minutes.
