Handling and Cooking

Handling instructions

Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 12 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Food Safety Tips

Cooking times may vary. This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).

OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Place on an oiled baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180°C/ Gas mark 4 for approximately 8 minutes, turn over and cook for another 8 minutes OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Place on an oiled baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180°C/ Gas mark 4 for approximately 11 minutes, turn over and cook for another 11 minutes
