Cooking Guidelines from frozen: Oven: Mix equal quantities of frozen pasta and sauce, ensure each piece is thoroughly coated. Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover. Cook in a preheated oven on Gas Mark 4 (160C) for 40 minutes.
