OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200 °C/ 180°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 15 - 20 minutes. OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200°C/Fan 180°C / Gas mark 6 for approximately 20 - 25 minutes.
Other Cooking Instructions
To reheat using a pie heater: Place in a pie heater on high setting for approx 50 minutes. Change setting to low, maintain a temperature of 72°C for approximately 4 hours (or apply relevant national requirement). Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout and consume within 4 hours. These products are baked and frozen. If individual products are sold, it is the responsibility of the retailer to add the relevant durability life on the pack.
