Handling instructions
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 120 hours. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 12 hours.
Food Safety Tips
Cooking times may vary. This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
