This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). Cooking times may vary.
Cooking instructions
Oven Cooking Instructions
place product on baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200'c/Gas mark 6 for approximately 15-20min. turn once half way trough cooking.
Pan Fry Instructions
Remove all packaging/card sleeve. Place in a pre-heated frying pan with a little oil. cook over a low to medium heat for approximately 10 minutes until evenly brown in colour, turning frequently through cooking.
