OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Remove from packaging. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted ovenat 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for approximately 18–20 minutes turning occasionally throughcooking.
