MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Microwave from defrosted on a high setting in a 1.8kW oven for approximately 1.5 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minutes before serving. Remove from packaging. Microwave from frozen on a high setting in a 1.8kW oven for approximately 4 minutes.
