Oven Cooking Instructions
Place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for 16-18 minutes.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
Remove from packaging. Microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kw oven for approximately 2 minutes allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove from packaging. Place 3 sate on a plate, covered, in a 1.3Kw microwave on full power for approximately 1.5 minutes.
Grill Instructions
This product can also be ovened, griddled or barbecued
Other Cooking Instructions
Allow to thaw in the refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
