Cooking instructions: Cook from defrosted. Pre-heat oven to 200°C, 180°C Fan, Gas Mark 6. Remove duck breasts from their pouch leaving the liquid behind. Pat dry removing excess fat and jelly. Score the skin diagonally across the breast 5-10 times. Season if desired. Place skin side down into a medium heat, lightly oiled pan (5 ml of cooking oil). Cook for 4-6 mins until evenly coloured. Flip over and continue to cook for 1 min. Place on small oven proof dish and cook in the centre of the oven for 10 mins. Serve immediately.
