OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES For best results, oven cook from chilled. To defrost, remove from packaging, place onto a plate and cover. Place at the bottom of a refrigerator for 24 hours, or until completely thawed.Pre-heat fan-assisted oven to 180°C/GAS MARK 5.Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear before serving.Not suitable for microwave.Do not reheat.Due to the preservatives traditionally used in bacon, the turkey may turn slightly pink when cooked.
