Becoming ‘Brakes a Sysco company’ has provided fresh impetus and investment to ensure that we put the customer at the very heart of everything we do.
As part of this, we’ve listened to what you need and introduced our early morning email. So now, every time you place an order either online or over the phone, you will receive an email at 6am on your scheduled delivery day letting you know what’s on your delivery. This means that if any items have become unavailable since placing your order, as soon as we know, you’ll know.
The email is available to all customers who are registered with a My Brakes account, a free service that offers a host of benefits. Register for your My Brakes account today.
This is just one small step in a major programme of “Modernisation” to accelerate improving our services to you, and we look forward to sharing these plans with you over the coming months.
