All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.Store frozen Defrost sausages before use Defrost in refrigerator overnight by laying links out in a single layer on a lined and wrapped sheet tray. Do not refreeze after defrosting.Cook within 1 day of thaw.Do not consume raw.AIRFRYER: Pre-heat airfryer to 180°C. Cook for 9-10 minutes.PAN: Heat a non-stick pan on medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook for 6-7 minutes, turning frequently. BBQ GRILL: Pre-heat grill/BBQ to 240 - 250°C. Lightly brush sausages with oil, grill for 10-11minutes, turning frequently. Cook until it has reached an internal temperature >74°C / 165°F. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
