Cooking instructions
Oven Cooking Instructions
Pre-heat the oven, Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray with raised edges near the middle on the oven for 20-25mins or until an internal temperature of >75°C is reached or ensure food is piping hot. Turn halfway through cooking time.
Pan Fry Instructions
FROM FROZEN - COOKING GUIDELINES FOR SAUSAGES – FRYING PAN Remove all packaging. Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan on a low heat. Add sausages and cook, turning regularly for approximately 12-15 minutes cooking until an internal temperature of >75°C is reached or ensure food is piping hot.
Grill Instructions
FROM FROZEN - COOKING GUIDELINES FOR SAUSAGES – GRILL Pre heat grill to a medium heat. Remove all packaging. Place onto the wire rack or a grill pan. Grill for 18-20mins minutes turning frequently until an internal temperature of >75°C is reached or ensure food is piping hot. Reduce heat if necessary
