Oven Cooking Instructions
Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for approximately 12 minutes.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Pan Fry Instructions
PAN FRY/SHALLOW FRY/STIR FRY:Remove all packaging/card sleeve. Fry in hot oil for 10–12minutes.
Grill Instructions
Place under pre-heated grill at a medium to high heat for 6–8 minutes turning occasionally during cooking
