This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
Cooking instructions
Oven Cooking Instructions
Remove from packaging. Place on a wire rack over a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200C/Gas Mark 6 and cook for approximately 18 minutes.
Pan Fry Instructions
SHALLOW FRYING GUIDELINES Remove all packaging/card sleeve. Fry in hot oil for 16 to 18 minutes.
Grill Instructions
GRILLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from packaging. Place under pre-heated grill at a medium to high heat for 18 to 20 minutes turning occasionally during cooking.
