Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Pierce pouch and microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kw oven for approximately 3 minutes. Stand for 1 minute, shake bag gently to distribute sauce and microwave on a high setting for another 2 minutes. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.

COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN:Place pouch in a pan of boiling water, bring back to the boil and simmer for approximately 12-15 minutes.MICROWAVE: Pierce pouch and microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kW oven for approximately 3 minutes. Stand for 1 minute, shake bag gently to distribute sauce and microwave on a high setting for another 2 minutes.
