Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
Cooking instructions
Oven Cooking Instructions
Remove from packaging. Place on a wire rack over a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200C/Gas Mark 6 and cook for 14-16 minutes. Turn once half way through cooking.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
Not Suitable for microwave cooking
Pan Fry Instructions
Remove from packaging , shallow fry over amedium heat for approximately 6-8 min turning occasionally through cooking.
Grill Instructions
GRILLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from packaging. Place under pre-heated grill at a medium to high heat for 10 to 12 minutes turning occasionally during cooking.
